We specialize in collecting and delivering costumes directly to you, giving you more time to enjoy the Carnival season. No more waiting in line for hours on end, no more missing a fete or having to leave early. Maybe you can even get some much-needed rest. What is Carni Concierge? Carni Concierge is a costume collection service for Carnival masqueraders. We collect your costume from your band and deliver it directly to you, saving you time and effort.

How does the service work? After booking with us, you provide details about your band and costume. In most cases, your band will require you to designate an authorized collector--we will contact your band to determine what information they need to do so. We will let you know ahead of time what actions are required on your end. Once the distribution schedule is published and a concierge is assigned to your order, we will provide the information your band needs to allow us to collect on your behalf. We handle pickup from the distribution point and deliver it to your preferred location.

Where do you deliver costumes? We deliver costumes to locations within the Port-of-Spain and Environs area. If you are staying outside Port-of-Spain and Environs, please contact us to determine if we can service you before purchasing our service.

What if I have multiple costumes or pieces to collect? We can collect and deliver multiple costumes or accessories. However, each costume set will require a separate ticket.

Do I need to provide ID or confirmation documents? For us to complete delivery, you must present an official form of government ID, which matches your order, upon delivery. For pickup, we will provide any documents your band may require before pickup. Any more required documentation or information on your end, will be determined by your band. Per your band’s guidance, we will send you a list of required documents. Please keep an eye on your email.

What happens if my costume is not ready for pickup? If the band informs us that your costume is delayed, we will work with them to adjust the collection time. Additional attempts may incur extra fees.

How far in advance should I book your service? We recommend booking as soon as possible, as slots are limited.

Can you collect costumes for my friends or group? Yes, However, each costume set will require a separate ticket.

What precautions do you take with my costume? We handle all costumes with the utmost care and deliver them in pristine condition. We’re committed to preserving the integrity of your Carnival attire. All costumes will be collected the day before delivery and stored in a secure storage facility.

What is your cancellation policy? Due to the planning, transport, and storage requirements needed before pickup, all sales are final.
